Positive, They upgraded us to a triple room free of charge, which was awesome. The breakfast was decent, and I appreciated the washing machine service. It’s right by the train station, making it super convenient. Plus, I had a great view of Taipei 101 from my room! 😄

Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to help, like offering coffee while waiting for transportation.

Air conditioning was overly cold, waking me up every morning. Supplies weren't replenished consistently, leading to some minor inconveniences during my stay.

Breakfast featured decent quality options, even if my food choice was limited due to allergies. The room offered a decent amount of space, making it comfortable for a solo traveler.

The cleaning left much to be desired. dust and unvacuumed carpets were a letdown during my ten-night stay. Finding a cockroach in the sink and a knife hidden under the bed was unsettling. It's also worth noting that earlier check-in required an unexpected fee, and flushing toilet paper isn't allowed—something that was a bit of a surprise.
